A charming character home featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a separate lounge area, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, a spacious laundry and a fully enclosed backyard. Additional features comprise high ceilings, timber floorboards, reverse cycle air-conditioning, gas cooking, a dishwasher and timber accents. It is conveniently located across from Harold Rossiter Park and is in close proximity to the vibrant offerings of Victoria Park.

This is a charming character home featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property includes a separate lounge area, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, a spacious laundry and a fully enclosed, generous backyard.
