Mar 31, 2024 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Short Visit to Mandurah We had a couple of days to spare before our actual meeting in Perth City, so we chose to stay at Mandurah, and this estuary water front apt became our choice. The price was reasonable and the state of the place reflected that price point. Claire was a no nonsense host that updated us on the highly secured apartment with several codes to remember so as to get into the house. Place was sufficiently furnished. Bed was soft though, perhaps getting old. Back patio was strewn with twigs and pebbles and dust, probably haven't been kept for some time. Toilet roll was only left with half and no more was in sight. Same goes for the kitchen napkin-towels. But no issues here, we went out to buy. Generally a good location facing the estuary with am and pm birds coming to visit. ##### CK K.
