Stroll to the Dawesville foreshore, or take a short drive to The Cut Tavern, golf course, Port Bouvard Marina, and nearby conveniences including IGA, Coles, a pharmacy, and several restaurants and takeaways.  
  
Set on one of Dawesville’s peaceful residential streets, this modern home blends comfort with contemporary style. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the estuary, lazy afternoons by the pool, and evenings of friendly competition around the pool table. With generous living spaces, natural light, and seamless flow to the outdoors, it’s the ideal setting to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories.

The home sits just moments from the Dawesville Foreshore and the calm waters of the Peel–Harvey Estuary. This elevated pocket of Dawesville is known for its quiet streets, scenic water views, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. Guests can enjoy easy access to boating spots, fishing jetties, walking trails, and serene estuary paths nearby.  
  
A short drive takes you to The Cut Tavern, The Cut Golf Course, Port Bouvard Marina, and other local favourites like the Lazy Crab Tavern and Thorny Devil Brewery. Explore nearby attractions including Lake Clifton Thrombolites, Pyramids Beach, Melros Beach, Mandurah Giants Trail, Dawesville Foreshore Markets (Sat), and the Dawesville Park Run (Sat). Mandurah is just 15–20 minutes away for dining, shopping, and entertainment — the perfect mix of peaceful getaway and coastal convenience.  
  
Guest\`s have full access to the house and private pool. There is no guest access to the garage.  
  
You’ll have access to our AI Virtual Host 24/7 throughout your stay. We’re also available to assist with any questions via the messaging system on the platform you booked through.  
  
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, but there is public transport nearby. The closest Transperth bus stop is approximately a 6‑minute walk from the property. These buses connect you to Mandurah, making it fairly easy to visit its shopping, dining and train station without driving.  
  
Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. One at the front of the property and one by the pool area. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

\- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
