This inviting retreat boasts a slipway and jetty, eliminating the need for a boat ramp - simply reverse your boat in and tie it to the jetty. The interiors offer a cozy ambiance, with a smart TV for entertainment and reverse cycle air conditioning ensuring comfort. The three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, adorned with comfortable bed linen. For those balmy days, ceiling fans add a gentle breeze to each room.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.  
  
Nestled in a quiet residential area, "Drop Your Anchor in Yunderup" offers the best of canal living and the charms of South Yunderup. Local amenities, including a tavern, coffee shops, and restaurants, create a welcoming atmosphere. An Adventure Playground in Austin Cove ensures fun for the kids, and nearby shopping centers provide convenience. Explore further with a short drive to Pinjarra or Mandurah, or venture to Dwellingup for a day of exploration. This property is your gateway to the relaxed, waterside lifestyle of South Yunderup.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
