We are located 5 minutes walk to Baldivis Stockland Shopping Mall, 5 minutes drive to Baldivis Indoor Sporting complex, 10 minutes drive to the beach and train station, and 10 minutes drive to the might Perth Aqua Park. We stayed at the property for two nights and found it to be clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Throughout our stay, we were comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home that suited 3 adults and 3 children.Stockland Mall, highway and parks are very close.There is a daycare, primary school and high school across from the house but it is quiet and not too busy (only when you pass the high school). Everything you need is supplied with a lovely clean and tidy backyard.Awesome communication with host.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

This property was clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. We were a group of 5 adults and needed 4 bedrooms, so it ticked the boxes. Its a nearly new home and while its quite small, it was perfectly fine for our stay. The only thing missing was an umbrella for over the outdoor table for dining in the Perth summer ... but otherwise well appointed... would recommend to travellers.
