Shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance of West Beach Lagoon. Excellent location at Scarborough Beach. Picturesque foreshore area, glorious sunsets and scenery included. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming and surf make it ideal for all ages. The Scarborough foreshore is regarded as one of the best in Perth, featuring bike and walking paths, open green spaces, playgrounds and beach access just moments from your door. You are staying only a short walk from Scarborough Beach, the West Beach Lagoon Pool, cafés, restaurants, bars and the vibrant foreshore precinct. Enjoy sunrise walks, ocean swims, sunset drinks and the relaxed coastal lifestyle that makes Scarborough such a loved suburb. When the sun sets over the Indian Ocean, it is truly one of the most spectacular views in Australia. You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony space for your stay. The Master bedroom with the queen bed and ensuite. Second bedroom with 2 king singles. The apartment has a coded door lock so no keys to collect. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. This apartment is located within the West Beach Lagoon complex, offering resort-style convenience in a prime Scarborough Beach location. The complex features a designated BBQ area and a pool with the popular slide enjoyed by all ages. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and includes a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, private bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, and free WiFi throughout. The bedroom is designed for comfort, offering a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the patio BBQ area with only two steps, or from the parking lot staircase of approximately 10 steps, positioned very close to the allocated parking bay. Parking is assigned by apartment number and must be used in the designated marked spot (details provided prior to arrival). The parking space is included in your stay. Only a 25-50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. Incredibly central, scenic, comfortable and cost-effective accommodation. Free onsite parking for one vehicle only marked spot for your apartment (See picture) visible from your balcony.
