This inviting single-level home in Churchlands offers a seamless blend of comfort and functionality. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the town house features three bedrooms, each furnished with quality bedding including king, queen, and single bed with roll out trundle bed options. The master bedroom at the rear enjoys the privacy of an en-suite. Natural light floods through the space, with wooden flooring throughout and stylish decor that creates a homely feel. The living room comfortably seats six and is complete with a wall-mounted swivel large screen smart TV and soft lighting from bedside lamps. The kitchen is well equipt and, fully stocked with cookware and modern appliances, including an induction cooktop and electric oven. Dining is a pleasure with seating for six. Outdoors, guests will find three separate courtyards—ideal for relaxing with morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink. One courtyard connects through the living room, while others are accessed via the laundry and dining area, two equipped with outdoor furniture.
