This magic pad has a good size renovated kitchen, bathroom and living area with timber flooring. Plenty of room within this super tidy apartment and very open plan with the kitchen having a picture window across the living area to the belltower river outlook. This charming apartment is ideal for singles or couples. We can't accept bookings with children due to the stairs and low railings. Reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. Enjoy the queen bed with fresh linen, One flat screen TV. We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, convection oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, stovetop and a fridge. Stair access from the front of the complex enjoy this studio apartment with open plan living/dining & bedroom. We can't accept bookings with children due to the stairs and low railings. The complex Our apartment and complex is safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building, it is clean and well maintained. Parking Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD’s with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to pay up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of your stay. It is undercover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street. 1 floor below street level Ideal for Corporate Stays University – University of Western Australia Hospital – The New Children’s Hospital & Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital The local area The apartment is walking distance to the Perth CBD and shopping mall precinct. We are a quick 5 min stroll into the City of Perth. With a 5 min stroll in the other direction will take you up to the famous Kings Park. Take a stroll to the Swan River. How to get around 1-minute walk to the bus stop and to the free cat bus stop for the Green route 15-minute walk to 2 train line stations – Fremantle & Mandurah 15-minute walk to 2 bus port stations – The city bus port at The Esplanade and Wellington Street Perth has a fantastic transport system that will connect you to other places of interest which include Fremantle, Crawley Riverfront, Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe Beach and Leederville. Fast Eddys Cafe a 10-minute walk from the apartment is open 24 hours. The Transperth airport bus 37 will take you to our door daily. It is located central to Perth city, a walkable distance to most amenities.We were however not made aware of the cycling event that was held in perth on our first weekend. As we had activities planned for the Saturday and Sunday that was a fair distance away, we needed to drive there. It didn’t seem like the event have started yet, so we moved the barrier and drove to the closest exit point, only to be stopped by an official that took our details, stating that we will be receiving an infringement notice. It was not a great start to our holiday. Our Sunday plans went out the window and the monies we paid for that activity could not be refunded as it was a late cancellation.
