"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "This is nice little hotel South East coast of Mahe. We choose it because it was on the beach. We enjoyed that location. Despite rail disruption we manged to attend few activities at Mahe and next door Moyeene island. Sadly due to rain and rough sea/ocean our day visit to Praslene and La Digue was cancelled. Hope to visit this islands in future. Our main intention to visit islands of Seychelles islands was to celebrate our 44th anniversary. We did that with Hilton Honor Hotel at North Mahe as part of their Romantic Island Picnic arrangement."

"Perfect place to stay in Mahe. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the rooms were clean (housekeeping twice a day)! It is on the quieter side of Mahe so it felt really peaceful. The food at Moutya was great on our last night - the red snapper curry was the best we had across all the islands! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was nice overlooking the lagoon. But it had a smell. A musty smell everytime we walked in. I am not sure what it was from. The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy! Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such. While we waited for our room, I watched other employees take guests around and show the things and explain the resort. So make sure you get someone more helpful."
