It is so beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. My dogs LOVED running and playing in the spacious, safe backyard. The host was super responsive. Quincy Ranch is truly a peaceful oasis minutes away from downtown Perry and the Fairgrounds. I can’t wait to book this home and have dinner again at the Clover Wine Merchant. There were a few things less than desirable, according to the listing that we were looking forward to but couldn't take advantage of. The 6 chairs outside were incredibly dirty and multiple were broken and we couldn't even open any of them all the way even if those other things weren't the case. No firewood for the fire pit. No coffee when it stated there would be some available. Also the trash can outside was overflowing when we arrived, we stayed for 5 nights and it wasn't taken out to be emptied and we had to just add our trash on top which we felt bad for but had no choice. The beds were a little too firm for my personal liking but I know everyone is different so no big deal really. Even though there were those few issues I still would stay there again I just would ask that either your listing be changed to reflect the outside issues or those be fixed so they can be enjoyed. ##### Kelly K.
