This was the cheapest motel I could find in the area. It was super-clean. The furniture was reasonably recent, although super-old-fashioned. The brand-new thermostat only appeared to control the heater, and you had to explicitly turn on with the in-wall AC to get it going, and the super-thin shower curtain kept bumping into me as I tried to shower, but other than that, no real problems.

Met our motel expectations. Bedding and bathroom were very clean. Check-in was easy and instructions were clear. AC was quite noisy and we would have appreciated a chain on the door for security.

The property is an older style hotel but it is clean and it was comfortable. The contactless check in and out was unique. It was great to just open the door and walk into our room. We were exhausted from our day and just wanted to relax. Not having to wait to check in with a front desk was nice.

What a gem! A tidy motel on a quiet side street near Letchworth State Park. The large room was super clean and comfortable, with a minifridge and microwave. Self check-in and check-out. We stayed here for two nights for SUNY Geneseo's graduation and would definitely recommend it as an alternative to the high-priced hotels in Geneseo. About a 15-minute drive to SUNY campus and downtown Geneseo.

The property is well kept and quiet. Our room is quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable and the room spacious. Check in was via text and email, so we didn't actually meet the staff, but it went smoothly. Overall a nice, clean, confortable stay with all the basics covered.

no vending machines, but everything else that we were looking for. We were very pleased and no major complaints with anything. Was just a short drive for any groceries we needed. Also a short drive to Letchworth State Park, which was a great place to visit and pass the time away. We look forward to going back and staying there again.

The motel was very clean; one of the cleanest motels or hotels we have stayed at. The town of Perry offers good restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Letchworth State Park is a beautiful, breathtaking place to visit.

Clean room and bathroom. Basic facilities. Room was quiet and the neighbors were too. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in the room wasn’t good, those type of pods never make a good cup of coffee. Would stay again for the convenience of being near the park.

This is a throwback motel, 1960’s era. Good value for your money. Quiet, beds decent, heating/air fine. Negatives: dingy and threadbare towels, bathroom tub didn’t hold water well, and window shades didn’t block the light. Self check-in/out great. Minor check in issue resolved very promptly. Yes, for the community options available, would stay there again.

We enjoyed the spacious room. The motel was 3-4 miles from the Perry entrance of Letchworth State Park. It didn't have a microwave, but it did have a small fridge, which was helpful. There was no icemaker for guests to use. We found a very good diner not far from the motel (John & Sarah's Family Restaurant, 127 N Center Street, Perry). We had supper and breakfast there. Delicious and large portions (especially breakfast).

First impression this looks like a nice place. The rooms were big and very clean. The owner came by in the morning and in the evening. If you needed anything just call and he will right to get what you need.

Leaving thre room unlocked for a self-check-in isn't a secure situation. If they're going to do without an office, please, retrofit the doors with locks that accept codes that can be changed between stays. Was something stolen? Is someone under the bed?

We had our car break down in the parking lot. So very accommodating to us to make sure we had all information needed. Another couple walked to buy us coffee to help. Can’t thank them enough for trying. We shall be back to come many times over. Highly recommend
