-A bedroom with a Queen size double bed 160x200 (4 pillows, a large duvet with fitted sheets included) and a large wardrobe,
-A completely new bathroom with shower (hair dryer, towels and bath mats),
-A living room with full HD tv,
-A workspace with wifi,
-A balcony with a table and 2 chairs for breakfast or an evening aperitif to relax during the day in good conditions.

The laundry room will not be accessible and closed.

Calm is the order of the day in this residence, so I am counting on you to do the same. No loud music or loud TV, no parties of course. The neighbors will quickly be there to remind you.
