Perovo is located some 70 miles (113 kilometers) from Moscow, the country's capital.

Picking up some key words, such as "Xotite potancevat?", which translates to "Would you like to dance with me?", can make your trip more interesting. One more practical sentence is "Otkuda ty?" (Where are you from?).
Be aware, if your plan is to be in Vologda Oblast around the 12th of June, Russia Day is celebrated at that time and some attractions may have changed opening hours.
