Harbour Pointe is a serene waterfront property nestled beside a well-maintained marina, offering unobstructed views of the unspoiled Gulf Islands National Seashore. From your private balcony, take in the stunning panorama: sparkling water, a backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico, and a seemingly endless blue horizon. This is one of the best places in Perdido Key to catch the Blue Angels in action on their practice days. The complex features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious deck and an impressive grilling area. This will take place on the 4th - 8th floors. There may be some noise and vacuuming for dust throughout the building. The walkways can be used during the demolition (proceed with caution), and after demolition.
