Welcome to Waterscape! A135 is a newly renovated, ground floor unit located on the northeastern part of the Waterscape complex and has 2BR/2.5BA. The interior of this beautiful unit has been completely remodeled and is ready for you, your family and friends! The interior design is light and airy with clean lines and is a real showstopper! When you step into this unit, you will feel the welcoming touches and will not be disappointed. Come and be our guest! If you have ever been to Waterscape, then you know how amazing the property is. If not, you are in for a surprise! There is a lazy river perfect for floating in the sunshine. No need to bring your own tubes as they are provided! There is a huge activity pool with beach entry, fun mushroom waterfall, and rope ladder attraction that will keep the kids busy for hours. While the kids are playing, relax under the 10' waterfall, soak in one of the 2 hot tubs, or hide in the cave. When lunch rolls around there is no need to leave. Use the numerous grills provided throughout the pool area or eat at the Tiki bar that serves up burgers and snacks. They also make some amazing cocktails ;) If you are wanting to escape the excitement, then proceed to the upper deck. There you will find a huge heated pool (heated in the colder months) where you can relax or sunbathe on a comfortable lounger. There is also a decked out splash pad for the little ones sure to entertain them in a safe environment. For adults that want to keep up their workout routine, there is a large fitness center with cardio and strength training options. If the pool is not your scene, then the beach is right there! Waterscape is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. There is a newly built direct access walkover that can have your feet in the sand in under a minute! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards that you can rent directly on the sand for a small fee. And when you are done, there are numerous showers to wash off and jump back in the pool or head back up to the condo for a siesta. \*\*\*Want to know more about A135\*\*\* A135 a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with a bunk room (2 twin beds). There is almost 1300 sqft. of living space which is exceptionally big for a 2-bedroom condo. Because A135 is a ground floor unit, you will have easy access to parking and will not have to wait on elevators. This is great for families with young children, older family members or if you just want the convenience of being close to parking. This condo is located near the rear of the complex, near the parking garage, but everything at Waterscape is easily assessable. All rooms have large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD players. Sleeping areas include a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd master with a king bed, bunk room with twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have garden tubs and stand-up showers. One of the showers is so large you literally could fit the whole family in there! There is also a half bathroom (sink/toilet) next to the bunk bed area. This condo has been UPGRADED and RENOVATED.... it has large 18-inch tile throughout (no carpet), a large 60-inch LED smart (internet ready) TV in the living room and a high efficiency washer/dryer. The dining room table will sit 8 comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have all the utensils and gadgets including a crockpot, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and hand mixer. When you are ready to head to the beach or pool, we have 2 beach chairs and a sand wagon for you to use to carry your items. On the balcony, there is a large table and 2 lounge chairs. \*\*\*A135 is owner managed\*\*\* You will deal directly with the owners from the time of booking and throughout your stay. We purchased this condo as a vacation home for us, not as an investment. Many owners are strictly investors and never even visit the place. Our family make trips quarterly to make sure the condo is well kept, clean, and in good shape. There is a spectacular split-level courtyard with an oasis of pools, one a zero-entry. There is a shaded play area with a rubberized mat for toddlers and children adjacent to a splash area filled with built-in water toys. Waterscape has 2 hot tubs, a 10' waterfall, and an incredible Lay-Z-River for floating. For active adults, there is a fitness center opened 24/7 with pleasing views of this tropical oasis. Our ideal location means you are within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Old Bay Steamer is directly across the street and one of the best seafood restaurants around! LAZY RIVER, BEACH FRONT, OCEAN FRONT, POOLS, HOT TUBS, SPLASH PAD, BEACH VIEW, FITNESS CENTER, BBQ GRILLS \*\*\*PLEASE READ! There will only be wristbands for the amount of guests on the reservation! If a guest does not have a wristband, security will ask them to leave the property. Waterscape is diligent about protecting the families that are there and do not want anyone that is not registered on the premises. The condo also has a strict 8 person maximum, including infants. The pool on the grounds was only heated in one pool which is unfortunate and out of Michaels control. Beach was super clean and well maintained with the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool area is really nice, but you do have to get there early to get chairs. It's great to have an alternative to the beach for young children. There was 4 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and very well furnished. The owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of ! It was super clean, had a ton of room and most importantly you deal directly with the owner. Check in was super smooth and we had a little issue with the TV not working an within the hour the owner had someone out and it was fixed. The owner is fantastic and I would 100% recommend if your looking for a place to stay that you consider this property. GREAT facility and location! ##### Erika S. The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and a 5 year old. We spent the majority of our time at the beach, but the pools were great for our son when we needed a break. We loved the condo and the communication with Michael was great! He responded quickly and was so nice. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The grills by the pool were very convenient and the tiki hut was nice for a quick snack. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Ashley H. From every aspect Michael was a very good host. He was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues that could have come up were handled appropriately and did not impact our stay whatsoever. I would gladly rent from Michael and his family again next year. Very clean, beds super comfortable, within walking distance to multiple restaurants including Stewby’s and their fresh fish market. The gas grills poolside were perfect for lunch by the pool. Michael definitely is a premier host. Prompt communications and it is readily apparent he wants his guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay. An amazing location close to parking garage and easy access to pool and beach! The best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a condo! Having the beach wagon and chairs was also so appreciated along with a pack n play for our little one! There was plenty of room for all 7 of us here! So many comfortable extras were in the unit including extra blankets, plenty of towels, a hairdryer and curling iron, reusable K-cup for the coffee maker (which also made a carafe), even a junk drawer with scissors and a screwdriver! The entire building is a little older than some, but the cleaning/maintenance was beyond excellent. The unit itself is in the perfect location, close walk to the pools but out of the main corridor so you don’t hear doors slamming all night. This was the quietest beach property I’ve ever rented even with a hundred or so families on site. Security was amazing, and the pools were so spacious that all guests had room to spread out. I wasn’t crazy about the pool restaurant, and there was road construction that makes it impossible to walk on the main road to any shops. However, we found we could walk 8/10 of a mile down the beach to reach the Boardwalk with several restaurants and shops. Overall an amazing stay! ##### Celeste C. Although the view isn't great, we loved the proximity of parking to the unit and all the amenities the community has to offer. The unit is nicely decorated and clean for the most part, however when my grandchildren walked on the floors their feet were totally black afterward. Let me say that I do not fault the owner for this. I think the cleaning service being used isn't mopping and vacuuming the floors because when I sat on the floor for the first time with my granddaughter I could see dirt and crumbs everywhere and I know it wasn't us because we had just arrived.The only other issue was that the bunk area doesn't have a door and we missed that when looking at the photos. This makes it a challenge if you want children to sleep while adults are still awake.Overall, I would still recommend staying here, just make sure that the floors are mopped prior to arrival. ##### Michele M.
