Place was clean, inviting and comfortable for 7 ladies. The neighborhood was clean, well manicured and neighbors were friendly as we took our daily walks. We will definitely returned. It looks to be a new build, I would say built in the last 5 years. Plenty of bedrooms for families with 3+ kids. Right down the street from public beach access. Not far from Publix. Really just a great location overall. Would definitely consider staying here again. Property company, Perdido Properties, is great. They communicate very well. Have stayed a 2 properties they manage. I would suggest getting new pictures of the place. The ones online don’t do it justice. Any other criticism it would be that there should be a fan on the back deck. If there were we wouldn’t have had as many flies trying to get into the house. Also the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Other than that everything was wonderful. The beds were very very comfortable and professionally cleaned. I don’t mean they paid some random person to clean it. They spent money on a company that knew the proper hospitality cleaning and it was noticed and appreciated. ##### Erica S.
