Comfortable new interior renovations include a spacious living area with new wood and tile flooring throughout, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (great gas stove), laundry room with washer and dryer, updated bathrooms and a large screened patio overlooking the lake. Walk to the intercoastal waterway beach in minutes for fishing or swimming The space \* Age requirement is 25+ to rent. No third party bookings. No exceptions to this rule. You may be asked to present ID upon arrival \* NO Smoking \* NO parties or loud music. \* Boats, trailers, jet skis, campers and motor homes are prohibited. We do have outdoor cameras and keyless entry. You will have a unique keyless entry password assigned only to you. There are no interior cameras for your privacy. We really value our home and want to keep it as nice as possible. Please be respectful and courteous. Our house is perfect for guests who want a quiet, peaceful stay. The back fenced in yard overlooking the lake is peaceful and the lawn is plush and perfect for the kids to throw ball, etc. This home had all the extras for meal prep or necessary toiletries and extra cozy blankets. Beautifully decorated, wonderful outdoor spaces, with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is a gem, too. Very helpful. Always available to answer questions.
