This spacious two-bedroom, two bath condo offers breathtaking views and plenty of sleeping space for up to 6 people, with a king-sized bed in the master suite and queen and full beds in the second bedroom. After a full day on the beach, relax on the private beachfront terrace to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze. The covered terrace includes a table and seating for four plus an antigravity lounge chair, and a hanging hammock egg chair. Spread out on the comfy living room furniture to watch your favorite show or sporting event on the wall mounted 70” TV. Whipping up a tasty meal will be simple in the fully stocked kitchen with all new dishes and cooking utensils. Small kitchen appliances are stored in the coffee bar buffet including a waffle maker, griddle, air popcorn popper, crock pots, toaster, blender, salad shooter, hand mixer, coffee pot and Keurig K-Mini. The kitchen features granite countertops, a side-by-side fridge with in-door water and ice dispenser, a smooth cook top, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area provides seating for six, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. For those vacationing with small children, there’s a highchair, children’s dishes, and sippy cups. Unwind and stretch out on the king-size bed in the cozy master suite. It offers privacy, a wall mounted 55” TV, walk-in closet, remarkable ocean views, and beachfront terrace access. The master bath has a large walk-in glass and tile shower, double vanity and a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom has new cooling gel memory foam queen- and full-size beds, a wall mounted TV with an x-box and games, a pack ‘n play for small children, and a private bath. During your visit, take advantage of the state-of-the-art fitness center that offers updated equipment and a great view. Also available on site are two outdoor beachfront pools, an indoor heated pool and jetted hot tub, two newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, and outdoor charcoal grilling areas. We know you will enjoy this cozy condo, the amenities and beach so much that you won’t want to leave the complex, but if you do, nestled in the heart of Perdido Key are lots of activities to enjoy including, a round of golf on one of two golf courses, tasty restaurants, shopping, museums, and much more! Beautifully decorated, it’s both bright and cheerful yet warm and cozy at the same time. It truly felt as though friends had stepped out of their home and invited us to stay. Everything was spotless and well-kept, with high-quality touches throughout—from the kitchen accessories to the furniture.And the views—just breathtaking! We could see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and even the master bathroom. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot, offering a peaceful, serene place to unwind while taking in the expansive ocean views and soothing sounds of the waves. The patio furniture was sturdy and very comfortable.The pools and hot tub were well maintained, but the beach quickly became our top choice. Perdido Key Beach is now my absolute favorite! The owners have thought of everything you need to have a relaxing stay. I love that you can see the ocean from the master suite. We’ve been to Perdido five or six times, but never in the winter. We enjoyed the quiet, walking on the beach, and no wait times at all our favorite restaurants. We even discovered a couple new favorites this trip.
