Breathtaking View and Great Rates

This magnificent unit has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. B308 is appropriately decorated in tropical tones of green, blue, and coral. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating for six people. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk room for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen supplies would benefit from a refresher and the shower doors were a little tricky to close all the way. Overall we planned to eat dinners out and take full advantage of this family friendly resort. We are already planning a fort Walton 2027 trip because of the great time we had.

Excellent condo

We’ve stayed at Waterscapes atleast 10 times and every room we’ve stayed in has been excellent. This one was no different. Well stocked with all kitchen items you need. Great view of the fireworks from the pier. Easy to get to and of course all the waterscape amenities were excellent. Would stay again!

Vacation at Watershed

We really enjoyed our stay. The pools were great although the teenagers did express some disappointment that the pool did not have a "deep end". Our unit was good but the picture of the room with bunk beds did not accurately show how small it was. The location is close to places to eat. All in all, our stay was enjoyable. The facility is very clean..

Waterscape Gem

The property was clean and spacious with a view of the ocean. The owner gave detailed instructions and we checked in smoothly. We loved walking on the beach about 10 min to the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk (there's a spicket to wash the sand off your feet at the Boardwalk) which had restaurants and a couple shops. The traffic around the condo was bad, as is most of Destin. There was some pool noise when sitting on the balcony but it is a fun place for kids. Sitting on the beach in front of the Waterscape and watching the fireworks over the pier (Wednesday nights in the summer) was magical!

Great family vacation spot

The condo was in a great location, and was clean and equipped with what we needed for our beach vacation. The pools and resort were kid friendly and perfect for my 4 year old. She loved the bunk bed and I loved that the bunk area had a door so she could rest while we were still in the living room. My main critique is the bedrooms had carpet which seemed odd for a beach condo and the carpet was in poor shape. Also, the smaller bedroom had a disassembled ceiling fan in the closet with wires exposed in the ceiling and an outlet with a broken plug. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with when I expressed my concern and offered to send someone to fix it. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again.

Great Location and Great rental

We stayed at Julie’s condo at the waterscape for a quick 4 night family vacation. The location and cleanliness of the stay was excellent. The balcony had great views of the ocean and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with lots of fun for kids

The check-in process was super easy and the hosts were very easy to reach. The house was as described and the activities were amazing for small children. We would definitely stay there again, however, the only issue we had was when the maintenance guy showed up unannounced and walked in on her while she was sleeping and she woke up and he was standing in the master bed doorway looking at her. It was rather creepy and kind of upsetting. Other than that everything else was great

Fun week.

We brought two of our grandchildren to the beach for a week. They loved the bunk room. The unit was very clean, and had all of the kitchen appliances we needed. The pools were great. The only issue was with the elevators. Different ones were out each day but they were working on them constantly. Would definitely stay in the unit again.

Wonderful Stay!

This property is an excellent location if you want to stay at the Waterscape Resort! It's farther from the parking garage, but closer to the front of the resort which overlooks the pools and the ocean. Once we parked our vehicle, we didn't use it again until we left as you can walk to everything you might want to do! The condo was exceptionally clean and has all of the items that your family may need for your stay. Great communication from the property manager before our trip and all of the online pictures and info, matched the unit exactly. The options of pools and beach access were perfect for our 3 kids. There are a few daily activities for kids at Waterscape during the summer as well. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

A Beautiful Vacation Resort

Waterscape offers many luxuries - pools, lazy river, etc., etc. The photos are very accurate. The most impressive feature is how clean they keep everything, absolutely spotless. In the winter months, there is only one heated pool and this year it was closed for part of Feb. and Mar. for repairs. Then Cox TV broke down so both these inconveniences definitely negatively affected our stay this year. There were many people complaining and wanting some compensation. Overall, a great place, when everything works.

Fun family escape

We spent a few nights at Waterscape, retreating to Julie’s lovely condo after full days at the beach. We were disappointed that the one pool that was supposed to be heated was as icy as the lazy river, kids’pool, and main pool. Luckily, the kids in our group could enjoy the gulf water for a day. Of course, it’s not the owner’s fault, but still made our visit less fun than expected. Julie was very responsive to all inquiries, and the condo was nice and clean. Two thumbs up.

Enjoyed our sister time

Good view of both pool area and some of the beach. Walked to two different restaurants while there, we flew in and didn't rent a car, so that was nice. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great.
