No shop in the village but it was fine for us as we went out exploring all the lakes in the district so got what we needed when we were out.Spent the week here with my husband and our 3 daughters. Cottage was spotless and spacious with everything that we needed.A very king gesture of a welcome basket was left for us on our arrival milk, eggs, butter, jam, bread, biscuits, tea and coffee, just what we needed after a long journey.Added bonus for me a washing machine and a tumble dryer if needed, but we used the washing line outside when it was sunny.Garage was a great plus too, that we used to dry out our paddle board and wetsuits over the numerous lines in the garage.The girls loved the soft throws on top of all the beds and in the lounge area. The cottage is full of character and charm and has a lot of lovely features it’s extremely clean bright and spacious.
