Welcome to Penmarch, in the south of Finistère, where this house for 7 people with a swimming pool and jacuzzi offers you an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays. You will find a garden, a bright veranda, an equipped terrace, as well as a barbecue to fully enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Located only 3 km from the superb fine sand beach of Ster, perfect for swimming, and near the famous surf spots of Pors Carn and La Torche, you will also be a stone's throw from the famous coastal path GR34 for superb ocean-side hikes. It is the perfect starting point to discover southern Pays Bigouden and its specialties.  
  
  
  
Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a large living room of over 60 m², elegantly decorated and bright, with direct access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.  
  
  
  
Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate up to 7 guests, or settle in the conservatory to enjoy a friendly moment in front of the television, while enjoying natural light. In the evening, relax in the living room, with its large comfortable sofa, coffee table and a second television. A bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.  
  
  
  
Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm) and a storage wardrobe. The third, more spacious one, can accommodate 3 people, with its three single beds and large walk-in wardrobe.  
  
  
  
For even more comfort, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
