You will find a garden, a bright veranda, an equipped terrace, as well as a barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. Located just 3 km from the superb fine sand beach of Ster, perfect for swimming, and near the famous surf spots of Pors Carn and La Torche, you will also be a stone's throw from the famous coastal path GR34 for superb ocean-side hikes. It is the perfect starting point for discovering southern Pays Bigouden and its specialities. Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a large living area of over 60 m², elegantly decorated and bright, with direct access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate up to 7 guests, or settle in the conservatory to enjoy a friendly moment in front of the television, while enjoying natural light. In the evening, relax in the living room, with its large comfortable sofa, coffee table and a second television. A wet room with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm) and a storage wardrobe.
