Pool was closed now water in it at all. Breakfast wasn’t good either. There is a thing called food safety and what was to be hot was not and that was bothersome to us. Coffee tasted as if it was from the day before as well. Not the best place to stay and enjoy anything other than a comfortable night sleep.

The ceiling in the shower needs repaired in room 131. To have coffee in the morning was really inconvenient - luckily my husband went to the desk and they did provide him with a "coffee tray - pot and coffee. The bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly, the room clean - this is just an older Red Lion that needs some refurbishing.

Though the property could use some TLC, overall I would stay again. Room was quiet, beds comfortable. I was in town for a meeting at the convention center. The hotel staff was very attentive giving me directions, recommendations, etc. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon one day, sausage the other, yogurt, coffee, etc. The breakfast coffee was horrible, though the front desk loaned me a coffee maker for my room which was VERY MUCH appreciated, and fixed the issue. I opted for the room with a view, which was worth the extra money I think, even though I was only there long enough to see the sunrise. Pool wasn't yet operational, though they were actively cleaning the deck and putting a new seal on the bottom. A little touch-up paint here and there in the rooms, and re-gluing the edges of wallpaper--fixing little details--would go a long ways in making the place feel better. I appreciated the 24-hour staffed front desk. Not perfect, though certainly nothing to complain about either.

Walking into the hotel, the lobby was clean and welcoming. Once I got to my room I was very disappointed. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and had a dark line around the bowl. There were dozens of ants in the bathroom as well.
