"Rooms are not what is in the pictures old, nasty, stained carpet ripped to, bathroom was not clean, had hair on tub and walks, bed was old, spa is not working, over grown weeds."

"First trip to Lake Havasu and we loved it! So much fun and really great people. The Beachfront bar is awesome and the pool was a lot of fun. The rooms in bldg 5 are preferable for the quiet crowd! Be aware there are stairs & no elevator. Renting a boat was a fun excursion too. Just have to monitor wind conditions as this may cancel your trip. We had a tour on the Tiki bar boat that got cancelled and there were no issues with receiving a refund."

"The room was fine, however the door was quite an issue, it was very flimsy and extremely difficult to open. The bath tub looked like the bottom of the inside the tub was chipped and painted. There was only 1 extra blanket - should have at least had two since there are two queen sized beds. Other than that it was fine."

"Our room was on the 2nd floor facing west, the train wakes you up around 10ishpm along with another one around 11pm. Our room was not clean, it appeared our room was just not well kept. Most of our time was away from our hotel, with family at the local casino resort, next time we’ll definitely consider paying for the casino resort."

"The HVAC system needs more circulation? While the main living area can become quite chilly the bedrooms if the doors are closed can become too warm. To offset this, I ran the temperatures up to 81F during the day then down to 75F at night. No Big Deal, just an observation. The Hot Tub cover needs to be cinched very tight, blew off a couple times during the wind storm. If you bring a boat with you, the Garage Driveway is a challenge, no room to maneuver and the driveway is very steep, many are, in this area. All in all we enjoyed our stay, everything was in good working order and clean and a nice view. Thanks!"
