"We stayed for 1 night before a flight. Easy check in, it was comfortable and close to the airport. Also, my kids were comfortable and fell right to sleep. That’s a lot coming from them since they are all under 6 years old. I’d stay again if needed! "

"I loved the property’s proximity to the Tsongas arena and our intended locations during our stay. I also truly appreciated the staff! They were all very kind and made me laugh each day as I ordered a ton of packages in anticipation of my stay, so they were all very accommodating, helpful and protective of my items, even bringing them up to the room for us if they felt it was too much for me to carry on my own. They knew me as soon as I checked in and when arrived every evening of my stay. The breakfast options were very good too as were the rooms and property as a whole. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. "

"Check in took awhile. Person spoke too softly and had difficulty hearing him. He was friendly when could hear him. There was no WiFi working so unable to use streaming in room tv. I was told of no WiFi upon check in. They charged a deposit that was same amount of cost of room. $150. Thought this was a little excessive as have only had $50 on prior nicer hotels with higher room rates. "
