It boasts generous living areas, large bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, as well as a private pool, off road parking and a roof terrace with 360 degree views, accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a small convenience store for small items, and 2 restaurants with bars just a couple of minutes walk away. There are also many other fine restaurants and a larger supermarket in Coral Bay. The private pool, 8m by 4m, refurbished in 2017 is heated when required (extra charge) and has roman steps and underwater lighting. Around the pool there is generous room for sun loungers and umbrellas plus poolside lighting, and a large barbecue. Large palm trees and adjustable umbrellas provide that all important shade against the strong Cyrus sun. The lounge has ample seating around a coffee table, all facing a wall mounted TV. There is also a DVD player plus a radio/CD player. There are 3 ceiling fans, as well as air-conditioning throughout the living room/dining area so that you can chill out even on the hottest days. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. For winter lets, there is also a wood burner in the lounge. Both the lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to a sea facing balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden. The balcony has seating, plus remote controlled awnings for shade. From the balcony there is a gated spiral staircase leading to the impressive roof terrace with seating, a table and parasol umbrella. The roof terrace gets sun from sunrise to sunset - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down. The modernised, air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, eye level oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. and plenty of other items so you should need for nothing. There is also a small table and four chairs for eating snacks. Three of the four bedrooms, and a family bathroom with bath and shower, are through an archway to the side of the lounge. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in double cupboards, and blackout blinds. Upstairs, you have also an entrance hall, with bookcase, games and DVDs, and a 6 point mobile phone, tablet etc charger with a variety of leads to keep you connected. Child friendly gated stairs from the lounge lead to the lower living area. The downstairs comprises a large air-conditioned day room with floor to ceiling sliding patio doors leading directly out onto the pool area. Between the day room and the pool is a gated fence to protect the younger guests from their own exuberance. There is a large table with wrap around seating for everyone, plus a double sofa that can be converted to a double bed (for summer lets only), and a water chiller. There is also a shower and toilet, plus another bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in double cupboards, and blackout blinds.There is also another fully functional and equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge freezer, sink etc along with a breakfast bar and bar stools. Other features of the villa include fast wireless internet, a colour printer, a digital safe, security camera (recording) on the front door and drive, flyscreens throughout, hairdryers in each bedroom, and an iron with ironing board. The villa is under 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay. Coral Bay beach is a large sandy Blue Flag beach with refreshments and water-sports (including jet skis). Paphos Zoo is also just 5 minutes away. Paphos itself is 20 minutes away, with archaeological sites and modern shopping malls. The Akamas Peninsula, 15 minutes drive away, is an expansive nature reserve, best explored by hiring a buggy, quad bike or 4 by 4. We can provide details of companies who offer group transfers from the airport at reasonable rates, a local car hire company who provide really great service including delivery and collection of you and the cars to the villa or the airport, and for those travelling with little ones, cots and other baby can be organised to be at the villa for your arrival and collected after you leave. Any other requirements? Bike hire - no problem. Just ask, and we'll find out for you. Mid-stay cleaning and laundry change can be arranged for an extra fee. Tout est prévu pour que chacun ait son intimité. La tonnelle était très bien pour manger le midi à l’ombre. Grande piscine très propre et joli petit jardin. La situation était parfaite, dans un quartier calme et non loin des principaux sites à visiter ainsi que des belles plages. La vue du roof top est juste magnifique ! Peter et Robbie ont été très efficaces pour les instructions . Et très bonne idée d’arriver à la villa et de trouver des boissons fraîches dans le réfrigérateur et de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin surtout quand l’avion arrive tard😉 ##### marie-helene m. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kommt man mit dem Auto schnell in die Stadt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse aus und der Pool waren ein Highlight. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist sehr groß, wir haben den Grill gerne benutzt und auch immer draußen unter den Sonnenschirmen am Tisch gegessen. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt.Die Mosquitonetze sind nur leider fast überall kaputt und die Schiebevorhänge sowie Deckenventilatoren haben eine dicke Staubschicht. Diese haben wir beseitigt, damit wir den Vetilator über dem Bett auch während des Schlafens verwenden können.Die Kommunikation war super, wir haben stets schnelle Hilfe bekommen, wenn wir nicht weiter wussten.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! ##### Sylwia W. A big thank you to Peter for his wonderful hospitality. He was so keen to ensure that our stay in the villa went smoothly. We arrived with a taxi from Paphos airport, an exceptional company called Sams Taxis. Cannot recommend then more highly. We arrived at the villa at 10pm. Our first impressions was it was well maintained and most welcoming. The arrival package and the baby equipment that Peter so kindly arranged was all in place. We were most grateful of the the air-conditioning and fans which were much needed as the heat was intense all during our stay. The selling point apart from the sizeable, airy space was the beautiful maintained pool where my family spent many happy hours. The villa was child friendly with a gate to the pool area and at the top of the stairs of the lounge. The villa worked brilliantly for three generations. There was plenty space on the driveway for two hired cars which was a must for us to get to beach and supermarket. We were able to walk to two traditional greek restaurants from the villa which served lovely food and the welcome extremely warm and friendly. George at Anesi even baked a birthday cake for my six year old grandson. It was a great stay and Peter was a fabulous host. Thank you so very much. We know we will return. ##### Denise F. I honestly can’t say how fabulous this villa and the hosts are. Right from our initial enquiry, right through to departure, Peter and Robbie consistently went out of their way to help us. The villa is in a prime location, on a bus route and near to main road to travel around. The Anesi restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and the food and service is the best. The villa has everything and I mean everything you need for a comfortable stay. We shared the villa with another group of friends and the size and layout of the building worked perfectly. It was clean and spacious. The photos really don’t do it justice at all. We enjoyed many a night in the garden with a BBQ and a few wines. Peter and Robbie helped us source extremely reasonably priced car hire for our 11 nights. Cars weren’t needed but they enabled us to explore the islands. It’s not very often I say I would return somewhere but we all agreed we would definitely hire this villa again, it was just perfect! ##### Karen B. Coral Bay is just a short 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is large in size and comfortably accommodated 6 adults and two children without feeling cramped for space. We were a group of 8 and are used to Florida villas that are massive, were just hoping, but not expecting , somewhere that has the space for us not to be tripping over each other. The photos online do not portray how lovely this villa is. We arrived after dark so it wasnt until the next morning that we could fully appreciate how amazing our holiday stay was. The fact that the villa is pretty much split into 2 main areas means that it is versatile enough, should there be 2 families staying , that you can both have your own areas to relax in as the ground floor is like a separate apartment. The villa is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. As i said there were 8 of us but during the day and evening we had plenty of options for places to relax. While some of us chilled around the pool, others were sunbathing on the terrace and my dads favourite spot was up on the roof terrace, despite the temperature hitting the 30s the constant breeze kept you nice and cool, and the views are fantastic. From the initial booking until we reached home again Peter has been constantly available to help us with taxis, car hire, problem solving, we honestly could not have asked for a better host. ##### Julie P. The owners have literally thought of everything to help you enjoy your holiday and make special memories. Definitely big enough for a family of 8 adults to enjoy without being in each other's way. It has a beautiful pool that everyone can enjoy - much needed in the hottest months, lots of sunbathing areas as well as shaded areas too.There are 2 kitchens! The main one upstairs in the living area plus another one downstairs which is ideal if you are eating outside -both have everything you need. The villa is in a peaceful location about 5-10 mins away from Coral Bay restaurants, shops and bars. Perhaps too far to walk if you have difficulties but there are plenty of taxis available or hiring a car is even better as we did. This enabled us to see some of the island. Latchi is a 25 mins drive west and well worth a visit where there is a beautiful harbour and plenty of wonderful restaurants. You can book a boat trip from here to The Blue Lagoon - just amazing!! (and I have a phobia of boats) but it was so calm, definitely a trip to make special memories. Paphos is another lovely place to visit, especially the sea front where there is also a harbour as well as restaurants and shops. There are plenty of restaurants in Coral Bay as well as shops and bars. The best we found were Coral King and La Vigna (great service, hospitality and delicious food) Definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in helping us to have a fantastic family holiday. ##### Debra H.
