« The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar. »

« The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The walls are pretty thin. The continental breakfast had a variety of food. All four cereals offered, however, had a ton of sugar. My husband and I are diabetic so I would appreciate it if one of the cereals be something like plain Cheerios or Rice Krispies. It would also be good to have whole wheat bread as an option to toast as well. »

« This place was hands down the best place we have stayed in. The entire place is spotless! you can see it as you are driving to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. The Kitchen staff was on point! The ladies would help us pick up our plates; they had that breakfast hot and ready. I loved that the breakfast area was...

« Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast. Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. Shower was very nice and enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance. My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it. »

« Cleanliness was meh- receipts and golf tees from previous occupants in our room. Wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom walls. The lobby bathroom was pretty disgusting with urine on the back of the toilet. The pool needs to be completely revamped or eliminated- musty smell and corrosion - kids didn’t even want to get in it. »

« Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned and the Internet didn’t work in our room and then they switched us to another room that did work. »

« The first room we were given, the floor has not been swept. We were moved to a second room with the same issue. We then moved into our third room which still had pee in the toilet. We decided to just stick with that third room. The manager was helpful on getting us moved around. The property is updated and looks nice. The rooms are nicely painted and appointed. The exterior has bright lights in the parking lot to make you feel safe. The parking lot is tight because they also rent Uhaul out of it...

« The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming...
