This Spanish Villa is quintessential Pebble Beach. Meticulously renovated to exacting standards and adorned with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings and appointments. Originally constructed in 1929, this is a historic home within Pebble Beach, built by the legendary Hugh Comstock, who was responsible for giving the Monterey Peninsula much of its architectural character. Fantastic for entertaining both golf executives and families looking to relax. There is a 5 hole putting green, elegant fire pit with antique water feature. Very private and yet steps to 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings and soft lighting for a relaxing environment to unwind and rest. There are also two Moroccan tile balconies that complement the graciousness of the home. Lastly, a full gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and seating area for 8-10 guests. It was even better. Kids loved having their own “apartment” with the loft. Enough room for everyone, Beds were very comfy, house had everything we needed, the fire pit was perfect on the cool days and nights and a great conversation area, but the hit was the putt putt area. Entertainment for all, 70year olds all the way to 7 year old. It was a great family house! The managers were very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a great stay! ##### Faye H.
