"The staff was super friendly and check in was quick and simple. The hotel was slightly dirty though. We were basically staying at the hotel just to sleep, so we spent very little time in the room. The outside blankets seemed to have dirty spots, the bathroom was very dirty, the shower barely worked due to build up in each hole. The hallways were clean and saw was the breakfast area. "

"There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby, the carpet in the hallways is old and stained, the room smells musty too. The towels and sheets were clean, but the comforter was lumpy and smelled like mildew. The sleeper couch was also stained and lumpy. Thankfully our teenager could sleep on it, but said it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices: eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, yogurt, bagels and bread, instant oatmeal, juice and coffee. The staff were also friendly for the most part. "

"After a horrible stay on the wrong side of town, the Pearl Hilton Garden Inn was a safe haven! Not only was the building beautiful and welcoming, but so were the staff. My boys and I have had the worst weekend and they went above and beyond to take care of us. "

"This was my family and I second time staying staying at Residence Inn by Marriott. We stayed on the 3rd floor the first time. This time it was the second floor. We had to go down to ask for extra blankets when normally they keep them in the closet. At least they did on the 3rd floor. When I asked tye front desk, he said they don't keep extra blankets in the rooms. We had to also had go down to get extra toilet paper since we only had a half a roll in the bathroom. If we stay there again I hope and pray that we get the 3rd Floor. We like staying there since our grandson moved to Pearl Mississippi. We will try one more time maybe but I hope that our stay will be better than the last time. Thank you!"

"Indoor pool is NOT Heated. Room comfortable. Breakfast good. Outdoor grounds unkept."
