Tucked away on two private acres in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country, our home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and relaxing comfort. This peaceful retreat is surrounded by rolling hills, lush greenery, and wide open skies—ideal for stargazing, birdwatching, and simply unplugging.
Outdoors:
Unwind in the seasonal solar-heated pool (April–October), soak in the year-round jacuzzi, or nap in one of the many hammocks, swings, or daybeds nestled throughout the property. A seasonal creek runs through the land, and world-renowned wineries await in every direction. On clear nights, the stargazing is incredible.
Indoors:
The home features 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 bathroom plus a private outdoor shower. The master bedroom has its own private deck overlooking the pool.
The open-concept layout combines kitchen, living, and dining areas for seamless entertaining or quiet relaxation. Abundant windows, skylights, and French doors fill the home with natural light and bring the outdoors in.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities for added convenience.
We don’t have a TV and cell reception can be spotty, but we do provide excellent WiFi to stay connected as needed.
Please Note:
This is a rural property, which means occasional visits from ants, insects, or even wildlife—especially if doors are left open or food is left out.
Home is not suitable for children under 12 due to the un-gated pool, spa and nearby creek.
No pets allowed. While we don't allow pets, we do like to disclose that our very small dog does enter the house occasionally when we are there, for those with allergies.

DIRECTIONS
Use Google Maps or your preferred GPS. Once you reach Adobe Canyon Road, follow the road and watch for house numbers. Ours is clearly marked on a bridge structure to your left. Cross the bridge, continue right and then through the gate, past the white cottage on your right, and up the driveway to the garage.
CHILDREN
Guest agrees to supervise children in the house, on and around property grounds at all times. Guest agrees that Homeowner will not be liable for any injury or harm to Guest, or any of them, any person or property caused by use of the Property, the pool and jacuzzi.
GUEST ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS TO PERSONS, ANIMALS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY DUE TO THE USE OF THE POOL/JACUZZI, IAND THE SURROUNDING LANDS.
GARBAGE PICK UP
Put bins out Thursday night (pickup is Friday morning).
Cans are by Adobe Canyon Road:
Grey = garbage, Blue = recycling.
Use the yellow cart near the garage to move bins.
IMPORTANT SYSTEMS
Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. No feminine products. No adult/baby/Make up wipes. No floss or other items — violations may result in a $500 charge.
Water: High mineral content. Use the small kitchen faucet for drinking water.
Fire Safety
NO use of indoor fireplace or burning wood in the poolside fire pit — we are in a high fire risk zone.
Spa & Pool
Plastic cups/plates only by the pool (lower cabinet left of the stove).
Spa Use:
_Open the keypad lid (on a post across the pool).
_Press #1 (SPA), wait 30–45 sec for jets.
_Press #2 (HEATER) — red light should blink.
_To turn off: press #2, wait for the light to stop blinking, then press #1.
_Spa heats in 40–60 min and runs for 2 hours.
Pool: Solar-heated (April–October), temp 70–88°F depending on weather. Lights come on automatically in the evening.
Maintenance:
Gary cleans pool Fridays
Joaquin maintains grounds weekly (no fixed schedule)
Towels: Please use pool towels only at the pool and return them to the laundry room.
House Rules & Reminders
Noise: Keep it down after 9pm — sound carries in the canyon.
Hiking: The hillside and open space are private property — no hiking.
Driving: Drive slowly — neighbors have outdoor pets.
Furniture: Return any moved items to their original spot.
Some drawers/areas are marked “Privacy, Please” — kindly respect these.
WILDLIFE AWARENESS
Ticks: Common in grassy/wooded areas. Check yourself after hiking. Tick removal kit in the bathroom.
Snakes: Rare, but watch for rattlesnakes near rocks/brush.

Guest Access & Hosting Info:
Guests have full private access to the main house, pool, jacuzzi, and surrounding grounds.
We do not live on the property full time, but we occasionally use the studio located about 100 feet from the main house. The studio has its own separate entrance and does not share any amenities. Your privacy is a priority, and we do our best to make sure our visits do not interfere with your stay.
If you need anything during your visit, our local property manager is available to answer questions or address any issues that may arise.
