Amazing location! This 3BR 3 Full Bathroom condo is located in Building 17H and is directly across from our wonderful pool and jacuzzi on Pinehurst lane. Perfect for any family, kid friendly location. You golfers will love it as well. After your day out on one of our local courses you will return and can immerse yourself just steps away from your front door in our wonderful jacuzzi. This is an end unit on the second floor. You have a private staircase to your front door. No noisy units above you and bright sunshine through the many windows on the side of your unit. A screened porch is the perfect place to sit and relax in the morning with your coffee or a glass of wine later in the evening. Restaurant and golf course information will be available at the condo when you arrive. Live music can be found most nights during the summer at one of our many local eateries. This unit blows cold A/C and is very comfortable during the hot summer months, just replaced 4/22. This very clean and comfortable condo awaits your arrival. If your looking for a place to stay here in Pawleys, look no further!

Your kitchen is fully stocked with the pots and pans that will allow you to prepare a home cooked meal, but why not just eat out in one of our many restaurants?

High Speed internet and cable tv is also included with this rental. TV's in each of the three bedrooms as well as one in the living room. Most of the TV's are smart ones and are connected to the internet.

Feel like a day trip, how about a visit to Charleston, SC. Take a carriage ridge through the historic district, or visit Boone Farm Plantation in Mt. Pleasant and take a tour of this plantation. Complete with live oak trees over 400 yrs old!

Pawleys Island beach has public parking and is a 5 minute car ride from the condo.

Finish your day with HOME MADE ICE CREAM!!!! Make sure to head over to Scoops in Pawleys, across from Publix. The flavors change daily so make sure to visit to try your favorite one.

Great unit.... The host was awesome—fantastic communication and clearly goes above and beyond for guests. We had a short stay for golf and a weekend away to recharge, and this place delivered on every level. The location is unbeatable—perfect for everything we planned during our Thanksgiving getaway.We loved the private staircase and the added bonus of having no units above us—no noise, no footsteps, and no one overhead. It made the space feel even more peaceful and secluded.The kitchen was fully stocked, which was amazing and a huge help since we forgot a few essentials we needed. It was such a relief to walk in and have everything already there.Highly recommend this place—amazing space, amazing location, and a truly great host. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had such a great time at Pawleys and enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for a friend’s weekend away and was centrally located to what we wanted to do. We loved the quiet neighborhood and it was a short drive to the beach. We got to the condo earlier on the day we checked in and Pete was so kind to let us in earlier. This property was beautiful. It was decorated with expertise. The furniture was comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and check-in/out was incredibly simple. 10/10. Great Location!!!

Great unit for a small family!! We've been going down to Pawley's my whole life!!! This location is so convenient and close to any and all shops and great food you could want! The pool is so close to this unit!!! Pawley's Public Beach is a quick drive, or any of the other public accesses in North Litchfield are close enough and sometimes less crowded!! Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back in the future!!

I would definitely stay here again. Great condo! Great location. Just a couple of suggestions: 1. The master bedroom doesn’t have curtains and the street lamp shines in there, blackout curtains would be good. Bring some pillows, their pillows are lacking some padding lol. Over all though it’s a wonderful place!!!

We can't say enough good things about our vacation to Pawleys Island. This was our first time and it definitely won't be our last.. and we will absolutely book this condo again. The owners were super responsive, friendly and accommodating. The condo was spotless, spacious and filled with everything we needed! The location was amazing. Long Weekend Stay

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kids loved being so close to the pool. The resort was close to great restaurants and grocery stores, and of course the beach!!!! Pete was a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. We'll definitely be back!
