This hotel is beautiful! Each room is a work Of art. Top service. Breakfast is an experience unto itself. The hotel is worth every penny and we loved every moment!

The decor of the Rosa room was beautiful! Spacious, heater in room, micro wave with the grain filled heating bags for your neck, large california king beds with double duvet to keep you warm, drinking water in your room, hot delicious coffee at 7 am., a wonderful breakfast including fesh fruit, 3 kinds of scrambled eggs, potatoes, green beans, refried beans, and at least 3 other dishes on the buffet from 8.30 to 10.00 a.m. later on very good margueritas at less than half the cost in a...

The hotel is beautiful, our room was exceptional and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was also very good - we enjoyed several meals during our stay.

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful, relaxing experience throughout the entire four nights we were there. The owners and staff were very friendly, caring and helpful in organising local trips during our stay. The Mexican cooked breakfasts were superb - a great start to the day. The traditional room we booked was beautiful, spacious with hand painted tiles and sink in the bathroom. There was ample space to sit out on the veranda to pass the time overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Happily there...

This property was amazing! A gem behind closed walls. Easy walk to town square with shops along the way. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Patscuaro. Staff were kind and placexwas immaculate.

It's a beautiful old hotel in the central square in Patzcuaro. It is within walking distance of everything and it was beautifully appointed with all the modern needs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was so charming. Old carvings and furniture lined the hallways and the Day of the Dead flowers were still up even though we arrived on the 5th . The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again.

Very convenient location. Room was clean, beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My Spanish is limited so I appreciated that one staff member spoke perfect English. I would defined stay again.
