"My stay at the katy mills aloft was not great. The room that was provided had a lot of issues from bathroom sink not draining, holes in blankets, a noticeable rocking bed , and I paid for breakfast for the whole stay but was not provided breakfast."

"The staff were amazing, but the experience was the total opposite. Booked a room with two beds and pull out couch. When we were finally done with our tournament and checked out the room (at midnight). The pull out couch had a sign that stated it was out of order. The front desk attendant was amazing and switched us to another room. The hotel its self was hot, the breakfast was limited to items, and I was also charged ten dollars for no reason. "

"This was our 4th stay here and normally the property has been pretty clean. This time, the property was not tidy...stains on the walls/doors in the room, carpets in the hallway not clean - had debris the entire 3 days stay, floors in the elevators spills not cleaned up."
