"We enjoyed the room, the view to the north, and that the pool was open! It was concerning that the AED indicator in the hallway, outside the fitness room, indicated that there was a an AED in the room, and there was not. The parking to the west and northwest had debris, was unkept, and a dumpster took up the corner parking space outside the west door. It was difficult to access side door with stroller, as there was not a dip in the curb, nor does the front walkway come around to the side doorway."

"The breakfast was top of the line and room was convenient , we were there for my granddaughter basketball tournament and it worked out, very clean and nice staff, still waiting on my key deposit but other then that all 👍"

"When I checked in, the bed had a pubic hair and the sheets were not cuddled, they were wrinkled and sken I called the front desk to have them changed they said there was no one to change them, I had to do it myself. The room was old and dirty and I checked out of the hotel, dogs not end up staying"

"I reserved 2 rooms online. When I arrived to check in I was told there was only 1 room shown as reserved. I provided my confirmation number and showed my email confirmation showing 2 rooms I was told there was only 1. The desk manager had an issue with her eye offering no solution. Although I sympathize with her eye issue her lack of customer support was the worst I have ever experienced. I never checked in and I cancelled my reservation going to a competitor hotel. "

"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "
