I had a wonderful view of the ocean. Staff was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. Was not expecting the rooftop bar. If have to say anything negative it does need some an upgrades or really I should say updates.

Excellent location to the beach. A bit of an older conditioned Hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Has a bowling alley! Still not sure if there is an indoor bar. I broke my bathroom drinking glass = 50 baht. Not a lot, but unexpected. I asked the concierge to call me a taxi to go 1.2 miles to the bus station. ...
