I was instantly impressed with the property, the amenities, the staff, the grounds, the pool, and of course, my pool-side room with ground-floor balcony and access to the pool only a few meters from my room. The room was large and accommodating, the AC was a little loud, but I could turn it off while sleeping and not be overwhelmed by the heat. There was an issue with mosquitoes but that's to be expected, considering all the water features of this resort hotel. The staff could not have been any friendlier or polite, with their Thai way of saying hello and thank you (sawadeeka and kon kun kob - horribly mis-spelled but this is the best I can do). My buffet breakfasts were amazing and a very pleasant free upgrade which I was not aware of before checking in. I just couldn't get enough of the freshly made to order omelettes that the chef prepared for me each of my seven days of stay. The resort is located just a quick walk to the famous Walking Street, which was fun, but I am a little passed the age where I was really all the interested in it, other than to people watch and catch a couple of "shows." The dining outside the hotel was amazing and there are many places to see and experience while in Pattaya. My overall stay at the Siam Bayshore Resort Pattaya leaves me with life-long wonderful memories and I am grateful for my stay and most pleasant experience. I am in love with this beautiful resort, and I am hopeful that I will return again to continue with these wonderful times!
