I am very sorry we did not leave up to your high expectations in a 500 baht room and did not do things you wanted it done. Yes we do not allow unregistered guests and yes we require identification for obvious security reasons.Yes we keep keys in reception, for same obvious security reasons. You booked a single, paid a price of a single yet wanted to have "friends" to stay over.No sorry, if you pay for single, which is cheaper than a double then you pay to have your friends stay with you. .If by screwing you over, you mean did not allow you to cheat and sneak in another person free of charge?, then yes indeed we did a good job at that. Wish you all the best in your backpacking travels and hope one day you will understand what security means. Also the 2 wonderful women are super greatfull for your generous tip of 1 broken suitcase. He calls manager stupid, gives broken suitcase as a tip and then he wonders why people are rude to him

I am sorry for giving you wrong impression that we were a charity, we are not. We are actually a business with overheads and when you pay 500 baht for room with free breakfast to be shared by 2 overweight man sleeping in same bed,it is not reasonable to demand and expect to get more for free.Perhaps 5 star hotel would be more suited for you and your clints in the future, though prices are little more than 500 baht

One does not need to park if do not want to pay,there is plenty of on street parking for a scooter but if you want some security, then have to pay a little more, however, hotel did give you a discount for parking, monthly rate, instead of daily.Thank you once again and looking forward to seeing you again

You stayed with us for 1 night in the peak of high season for 800 baht with breakfast for 2 and still not good enough? you expected more for free? In your own home you have rules, whatever made you think hotels do not and should not have rules?Also please elaborate on the nonsense of us enforcing charging every little bit, you were not charged a single baht, did not spent a single baht and did not leave a single baht tip, so who and what did we enforce?

Lets get facts right about this VIP guests from India. They booked 500 baht room to be shared by 2 men. They emptied out 1500 worth of mini bar on the first night,40 bottles of beer, soft drinks, chocolates, and accessories.Next day, not only they were expecting free refills but were demanding it and refusing to pay saying mini bar should have been free. Hotel provides 2 free waters per day, according to them, its not sufficient and unlimited supply of free water should have been given. About the TV,on 3rd night, one of them played with a remote,TV was dead, black screen, this was confirmed by the other one,on record recorded by CCTV. Hotel had to get TV specialist to work out what exactly they did to put TV out of service, and of course they refused to pay. And to put a cherry on top, after checking out, they again were demanding free water to go.

Thank you for your review,You booked 1 night into our cheapest run of the house room for 500 baht with breakfast for 2 included.but were upgraded to a standard free of charge, which was not good enough for you.You say you usually not a picky person or a complainer, and yet paying 500 baht per night for a room, you were asking/expecting for hotel to pay for your taxi to bus station or to send you free of charge, you wanted breakfast to be served outside normal hours, and you cried about 16 baht being expansive for a bottle of water. Mattress softness or hardness is personal preference. I honestly do not know what you were expecting for 500 baht, but was it really that hard to keep bathroom door closed to avoid having imaginary smell? or were you expecting Hilton type rooms and bed for 500 baht ? .There is no mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, but ceiling does get wet when you take a shower.

This guest is a criminal wanted by police with search warrant out for his arrest. A Filipino with a fake American government passport, no visa and no immigration stamps at all. According to police this guest checks into hotels using fake passports,4 different names and stolen credit cards,then steals from other rooms. Thankfully we were able to spot the fraud and refused him to stay with us.

Rather strange, dishonest and malicious review.Since you stated you moved out the same day, how did you feel every squeaky spring in the bed?Hotel page clearly states no lift, but its a bad hotel,not you for booking into a hotel with no lift? You advised manager it was your first time in Pattaya and you did not know anything or anywhere, 2 hours later you checked out advising staff that hotel was too far away from the beach.So were you lying then or lying now?

Thank you for feedback, Indeed we are a budget hotel, The only hotel in Pattaya where you get fully furnished, and equipped air conditioned rooms with breakfast from as low as 535 baht per night.

In summary, you came without a passport,hotel was not willing to break the law for you. As a result its a bad hotel and bad customer service?.Unfortunately you can NOT plead ignorance or special circumstances when hotel page clearly stated original passport must be presented,booking confirmation email AGAIN stated original passport must be presented. You did not cancel the booking verbally or through Hotels.com, hotel kept the room.Now you expect for hotel to be out of pocket for your mistakes? Hardly fair or logical.Its a hotel, a business with overheads,not a kindergarten for adults.

I have no idea what it all means, but thank you for staying with us.
