Раньше было отлично,два раза приезжали сюда и всё нормально,в этот раз пришлось отказаться и заселиться в другой ,столовая и один из бассейнов на ремонте(о чём не сказали )при такой цене, не в сезон ,это разочарование!!!

The property is half open the front building office with rooms. The restaurant has been closed for a long time in the main area spiderwebs and all the corners we had ants in every room they moved us to so finally they gave us a can of spray so that we could kill the ants every morning I think the Covid shut downs as financially weekend the owners

Run down.
It’s advertised as 3 stars, and charges are like 3-star. But room rates don’t reflect the status of the rooms. It was maybe a nice hotel once, but now it’s more than dated: it’s run down and in dire need of some restoration. Water is leaking in the toilet, floors are worn, bedsheets aren’t properly cleaned. Neither are the floors, don’t look under the bed. Generally, the housekeeping is sloppy, pillow cases and sheets are yellow - not giving an impression of cleanliness. Besides, the corridors smell of cigarettes: maybe ingrained from previous times when smoking wasn’t “unhealthy.” On the positive side is the large swimming pool and the lack of children. The water looks cool and clean from above, and there’s plenty of space for you to play around in the water. The breakfast is sumptuous, hot food at times cold and not of super high quality. The location is convenient, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, Best Supermarket, and many other restaurants. There is an open air karaoke bar across the street, who might when in the right mood, blast the music at 100 dB until four in the morning. Something the hotel management cannot, or will not, do anything about. If they do, they receive death threats I was told.

The only thing that was a concern was my wife and I would of liked the room to be some what cleaner but other than that the hotel was great the service from the staff was excellent the pool was well serviced each day the food in the restaurant was very good but needed more verity.

It was very nice n comfortable
It was good, the only problem was about the breakfast. We did not get anything in veg. Even we requested but staff was unable to understand. Thought the hotel was very neat n clean n very nice swimming pool n children friendly

Nice stay at ELK hotel
Friendly staff. Nice big pool and many sunbeds. Splendid breakfast, the best I have had in Pattaya. But could be a little noisy from other rooms and bars. Nice stay and I can recommend this hotel good for the price.

Great pool and good location
The hotel is in a great location if you do not want to be around all the noise and craziness of the city. It is like a 15 minute walk to the action or a 5 minute baht bus ride . Hotel a littlke on the older side.BUT the pool is well worth it. You can purchase the breakfast with or with the room (150 baht) pretty decent buffet . The staff was a little difficult with the English language if you needed directions or information. Sometimes Google doesn't have the all answers lol i would stay again

we got there on Saturday 7 th april and the first thing was the lift then the room no tea making facilities the bedding was dirty the bathroom dirty and to top it the pool was disgusting lots of love roy

You won't be disappointed
4th time at Lek Villa. Located 20 metres off main road so very Quiet. Rooms are huge, bathroom is of good quality and overall very clean by Western standards. Pool is sensational. Breakfast great, loads of variety. Taxis at front, restaurant, bars, massage parlours, hair salons in abundance.

Hotel was Ok, more orientated to German guests as in the German area of Pattaya. To me the breakfast was poor and disappointing. Room was spacious and clean as was the hotel in general.lovely pool but all lounges taken by German guests before breakfast although against hotel rules,( these rules were not enforced) overall I would say not suitable for English guests.

Quiet gettaway
Nice for couples. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Not much else. Beach is .7km away. However, hotel pool is fabulous. Water may be chilly depending on season.

Stay here if you need a quiet hotel
Hotel with most retired people, mostly from Europe. No beer drinking, noisy, drunk young fellows bringing in their short time Thai girl friends. Breakfast was rather good. Easy parking inside the hotel. Big swimming pool. Stayed in the superior room ( the cheapest room ) with a not so good TV ( rather blurred shows ), no coffee and tea facilities but got a kettle, bathroom a bit old with wash basin tap that was jammed but they fixed that. Got a balcony. Rather good beds, easy to sleep and lazy on. Good travel desk ( the travel desk is from the hotel, no outside travel agency in the travel desk ).....they can take you anywhere with a fee. Good to bargain with them. Please speak a few words of Thai to them. They appreciate it if you can speak a few words of their language.

Great location with fantastic pool.
I have stayed at Lek Villa many times now and the property is in a great position. Easy to get to walking street on tuk tuk but far enough out to get peace and quiet. The management still have some stupid rules that can be a bit frustrating ie pool open to 7pm but towels must be back by 6pm.

Very pleased with hotel and room. Must also mention how disabled friendly the hotel was. Breakfast was very good with omelette cooked to order , therefore hot. Makes such a difference. Recommended

The english of the staff is very poor. The swimming pool is untill 6 pm only. For breakfast was big variety of thai spicy and sweet food.Not big variety of fruits only water melon and pineapple. The music from the bar which is close to the hotel was very loud at night.

Mir gefallen grundsätzlich die Zimmer da sie große Fenster und einen Balkon haben. Die Zimmer werden oberflächlich gereinigt, die Handtücher werden gewechselt und es gibt immer 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Das Personal kommt nicht freudestrahlend auf einen zu, wenn man am Tresen steht, sie sind aber sehr freundlich. Mir gefällt ansonsten noch der große Pool da ich gerne ein paar Runden schwimmen mag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich vor der Tür. Wer es eher sehr ruhig mag, für den ist zu viel von der Hauptstraße mit zu bekommen denn da ist Jubel Trubel. Ich hatte hier nun schon den 2. Urlaub verbracht.

Ich kenne das Hotel schon recht lange. Einige Sachen zu Werterhaltung sollte man jetzt ins Auge fassen. Das besondere an diesem Hotel ist der schöne große Pool. Man muss den Personal durch Unterweisungen erklären warum man hier gerne als Gast herkommt und wieder kommen möchte. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis geht aber in großen ganzen in Ordnung. Frühstücken sollte wieder möglich gemacht werden.

Die Klimaanlage hat direkt aufs Bett geblasen, eine Erkältung war leider die Folge. Es gab keinen Safe im Zimmer und an der Rezeption will man 2000 Baht deposit dafür. Der wunderschöne Pool könnte öfter gereinigt werden. Aber insgesamt habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.
