No sign at the entrance to tell you where the hotel is. The bedroom door is all warped letting in all kinds of light. Idon’t Know if it was secure at all in it’s state. No water in the room and fridge not working.

Very disappointing experience
Such a horrible experience for some reason. The towel are frayed and so many big hole, having been used for so many years. In the evening the front desk treated so rudely. Morning front desk was nice people. Wi-fi first 2 days did not worked but it was nice they fixed at least after 2 days. swimming pool was very dirty with cloudy water.

The stay was great. Hotel location excellent.. Front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. Maid service was also good. One thing that rooms and hotel needs some face lift and renovation.

Good value but a little shabby.
Only trouble was found the door was broken after check in. After reporting it they fixed it within one hour. Room made up every day. Had great WiFi and the pool was a bonus if a tad dirty.

Cheap but good
This hotel is inexpensive. You get what you pay for. It is an older hotel, clean friendly staff and in a decent location to get to everything. The wifi did not work in our section but the staff did make multiple tries to figure out what was wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful no matter what we were looking for.

Great Value Hotel in a Great Location
The dat staff and night staff are superb. Always pleasant, always willing to give you any help you may require. Great little hotel in the centre of Pattaya but away from the noise. Good restaurants nearby, the beach is two minutes away and there's plenty of transport at the top and bottom of the street.

Very well priced and location is right in the heart of all the night life and next to the beach. Only thing is the T'Vs could definatly be updated. Very friemdly staff and very easy to get taxi anywhere and tour info from hotel itself.

Hotel reception staff were rude (except one young man on night duty) and always on their phones or playing on the computer and very reluctant to assist. The house keepers were friendly and not allowed enough time to do their jobs so the bathrooms were obviously very dirty. I bought cleaner and a brush to scrub the shower and toilet before use. Even though the hotel was budget it doesn’t cost anything to be kind or to smile and be helpful.

Ask for bedroom away from the morning sun - there was plenty of sun; air conditioner was too cold - developed a cold on day 2 and still have it now; bed was wrong size - feet overhang the edge of the bed

Despite. Other reviews I found this hotel to be clean with a nice clean pool in an ideal position. My highest praise is for the staff, Receptionists, Bell Captains, Cleaners were very efficient,helpful and friendly, all worthy of working in a 5***** hotel. Note to management, hold on to them. A business is only as good as the staff.

Budget stay at good location
Overall the stay was quite good. The location was near to the walking street and if you don't feel like walking, songtheaw aren't hard to get too. It may not seem great from the outside of the building (other hotels nearby seem to have better exterior design). But who cares, we're not sleeping on the wall though. The receptionist was relatively poor. Not sure if they're not friendly in person or not confident to speak in English... Everything we asked, they'll said they don't know. :(

Excellent Budget Hotel
The staff are excellent, particularly the day staff. Always helpful, always polite. The cleaning staff are very good. The hotel is well situated, near in the thick of the town and entertainment district, but nevertheless it's quiet at night and situated within 2 mins of the beach on a modern well lit street. It could do with a refurbishment but for the price it's hard to beat.

Well Run Hotel.
The staff are excellent. The cleaning staff are too. Great little hotel for the price in a good area away from the noise but still in the heart of Pattaya and a minute from the beach. . Could do with an upgrade but the rooms are large and comfortable. The WiFi is excellent. Great value for money.
