"This was a very nice stay on our trip. We loved this place and we were sad we were only here for one night! It was very clean and definitely secluded which was exactly what we wanted after exploring the more touristy parts of Michigan! Communication with the host was very easy and quick response when needed. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!"

"For the price this is a very good Hotel. You can tell it is older and worn, but the beds are comfortable the rooms were clean but needed updating. Carpeting was frayed but clean. The breakfast was good. Everything you really needed. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous."

"Great little spot and Patrica is an awesome owner. If your looking for a private space while visiting Cadillac, MI, this is perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean and the place was decorated like a home, not a hotel. Even the little things were covered like coffee, shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner. We went there to ride our motorcycle all over Northern MI and parking here was just fantastic. I had room for my truck & trailer as well as my bike. We rode all over MI during the day and returned here for our home base at night. Pat was very helpful and kind. She even helped w/little things we forgot. We most definitely would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Pat!"

"I Stayed for 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend with my dog to get him away from the chaos my city is that weekend. The property was quiet and secluded so it was a good fit. We love to hike so the trails on this property and the adjoining one were another reason I booked it. The cabin was very clean and cozy and perfect for just the two of us. I was planning on some other hikes in the area but we ended up never leaving the property because it was so peaceful. Mike was very responsive and I strongly recommend checking out The Little Cabin."

"Celebrated my 50th birthday here. I just wanted to have a week surrounded by nature and quiet. This fit the bill. Sitting on the deck listening to the river and the birds was incredibly peaceful. For bird lovers, the bird watching was fantastic. We even saw a bald eagle off the deck flying at eye level. Incredible."
