« It was a great experience except the door lock would not work every time we went out. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was awesome! It would have been great if they had any concierge service with tourism information with knowledge of local attraction's. »

« The hotel is situated in a practical area of Chittagong and offers extremely good services, great breakfast and good food in the restaurant on the top floor, where there is a very useful swimming pool. . Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff. The only complaint could be related to the high cost of alcohol ( 15 euro for a glass of wine is really too much also in Bangladesh) »

« So this is priced like the peninsula, however it’s just not there. The mattress is very good, the rooms are large, but the upkeep and standards aren’t there. I had used toiletries in the room and intermittent hot water. (I’m a western traveller) That said. The service is really good. The staff will go whatever mile you need them to. They are patient and kind. Stay here if the location is good for you, and you’re okay with a hotel that’s mostly tolerable, but roughly around the edges. »

« Be careful in booking this place, place is not bad by itself. But the whole day they had power issues, and before booking they did not notify that they frequently have power issues with no electricity support coming thru. The staff could not solve the issue rather delayed response despite booking the best suite they had to offer. So i would suggest booking in a different area where they don’t have frequent power problems. Again, Hotel itself is not bad; it was okay-ish, but 70% of the time there...

« The rooms are very spacious which is the best aspect of the hotel. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty and the shower and walls needed a scrubbing. The rugs in the room were filthy. The balcony floor was so dirty I tracked black footprints into the room after walking on it. »
