« 6 jours au Lamu house agreables. Chambre supérieure avec balcon donnant sur le front de mer qui est incontestablement un plus. Chambre un peu petite mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire. Grande moustiquaire mais un petit bemol, le plafond de la moustiquaire en coton annule l'effet du ventilateur. Grande douche, linge de toilette confortable, suffisamment d'espace pour installer les produits de toilette. Entrée un peu sombre. Neanmoins jolie deco, personnel souriant. Bon restaurant mais il faut etre...

« Every bedroom, gathering space, and lounging area throughout the house (inside and out) is comfortably appointed and thoughtfully designed. The staff of the house are warm, inviting, and exceptionally professional. We loved the location along the water - close access for beach walks and shopping, yet plenty of quiet and privacy while still steps away from activity. Forodhani House is a very special place and our group was honored by our experience! »

« I reserved and paid back in October. When we arrived on Jan 11 -- we were told that our reservation was cancelled. In fact they were hosting a wedding - and cancelled our reservation without any warning. They proposed a disgusting replacement hotel (one-star backpacker hotel) which was 30€ per night rather than the 90€ per night we paid. We wasted 2 hours of limited time in beautiful Lamu. They refused to reimburse us and refused to send an email confirming that they cancelled a paid reservation...
