"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . "Second ski trip to Les Houches. Staying here next to the Prarion gondola is the perfect location. Loved it, so convenient as situated at the bottom of the slope. Chalet was fabulous value for money, extremely clean and big in comparison to most places for similar budget. Excellent communication, smooth process from start to finish. Thank you and would definitely recommend. Perfect for 2/3 persons."
