"The 2 teams that checked us in were wonderful! They went over all the information with us so clearly & helpful! Our room was very clean & our beds were well made up. The only problem with our room was that our mini fridge did not work. Cleaning staff was very friendly also. We definitely will stay here again the next time that we come to Biloxi! Thank you staff team!"

"The room was clean. They would bring clean towels when requested but didn't always have wash cloths but lots of towels. As for handicap accessibility from the parking garage to the hotel, it is with very difficult with a long incline. This makes it very unhandy. But all in all it was a very nice place and very good price."

"My family of six stayed at the Hard Rock in Biloxi and we had a great stay. Rooms were nice and our view of the Gulf was perfect. The Casino was so much fun and the restaurants were good. If there is anything to mention it would be that the hallways were so cold as the air was cranked. We couldn't wait to get out of the hallway back into our rooms."

"Bathroom was a little to small. For the price of the stay, I feel there should have been more Bathroom space. Getting in and out the shower was a hassle. The toilet was in the way or the bathroom door was in the way."
