« Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again. »

« My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance. »

« They charge a $50 deposit that you’re not informed about until trying to check in. No room was available for myself or the gentleman who walked in right before me. They blamed renters for late check-outs. Broken shower. I could go on. I don’t think I’d stay again. »
