Easy to reach the nearest beach by car and by walking (about 40 minutes). The supermarket is located in Porto at 15 minutes by car. The beach is a 5 minute drive to Caspiu plage, where you can also drink flavourful Corsican beer, eat beautiful freshly made sorbets and have a fine dinner with view over the bay. The house has a nice terrace to sit and enjoy food and view. The owner welcomes you with homemade marmalade and a perfect white wine and Corsican cookies. The beds are great. Everything required was there, the communication was perfect. The terrace is great for playing games in the evening, unfortunately the street runs right next to the house, which can be a bit noisy during the day. But you're actually out and about there anyway. Hatten mit neun Personen ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Natürlich muss man zu dem Preis Abstriche machen: Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, am Nachmittag steht die Sonne auf den wenig isolierten Fenstern, da halten auch die geschlossenen Fensterläden die Hitze kaum draußen. Auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus ist relativ Verkehr, der bei offenem Fenster auch laut ist. Einen Parkplatz am Haus gibt es nicht und die Einheimischen beäugen sehr kritisch, wo geparkt wird. Es gibt aber genug Möglichkeiten in kurzer Laufdistanz. Wer ohne Klimaanlage und Wifi auskommt und mit der Familie in der Hochsaison auf den Preis achtet, ist hier dennoch sehr gut aufgehoben. Allerdings muss man auch bereit sein, relativ weite Wege mit dem Auto zurück zu legen: Der Hausstrand Caspiu war schwer vermüllt und hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Calanches in Piana, die Spilonca-Schlucht und das Fango-Gebiet sind die Fahrten aber absolut wert - fantastische Natur an der wilden Westküste! ##### Stefanie S. Ménage impeccable à l'arrivée, literie récente et confortable. Seul point faible sur l'équipement intérieur: l'électricité un peu datée (prises, interrupteurs) mais l'ensemble reste fonctionnel.Vue imprenable depuis la cuisine, les chambres, la terrasse. La terrasse est joliment fleurie et bien équipée pour déjeuner ou diner.La maison est bien située pour se baigner à la plage de Caspiu (compter quand même 30 min à pied), ou, en prenant la voiture, découvrir les calanques de Piana ou aller se baigner dans les rivières avoisinantes. Das Haus besitzt alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht (Lädchen zwei Häuser weiter, Bäcker fährt jeden Tag direkt vors Haus, nächster Carrefour/Spar ca. 20 Minuten).
