« We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon...

« We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend! »

« The unit is in a percect location on the beautiful Jaco beach with mutiple balconies with views of the ocean and private roof top with sunset views. The rooms are clean with nice upgrades and vomfortable. The prooertyvis well maintained and has all essentials including a paddle board to take to the beach that is just few steps away. The pools are well maintained and the management is very prompt and responsive. A wonderful property that we plan to stay if we are coming back to Jaco. »

"Les chambres sont correctes et l’hôtel est agréable et joliment décoré. Cependant, la plage est peu plaisante, notamment à cause de fortes odeurs de kérosène qui empêchent réellement d’en profiter. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le seul point faible : la restauration, compte tenu des prix pratiqués, est très décevante, tant au niveau du goût que de la qualité des ingrédients. Nous avons également eu un souci avec la batterie de notre voiture et avons dû résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. En revanche, le comportement du voiturier nous a particulièrement déçus : au lieu de nous aider à trouver une solution, il s’est contenté de se justifier alors que nous ne lui faisions aucun reproche. Une fois de plus, nous savons que le service n’est pas le point fort du Costa Rica, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, on attend un niveau irréprochable. Enfin, concernant la restauration, nous avons consommé trois boissons sans alcool au bar de la piscine, puis pris des snacks (burgers et sandwichs), et le soir trois plats sans boisson ni alcool. Rien n’était vraiment bon et les matières premières semblaient de qualité médiocre. En revanche, l’addition, elle, était particulièrement salée. Ce commentaire reflète notre expérience dans cet hôtel où la qualité du service et de la restauration étaient clairement insuffisantes par rapport au prix demandé."
