On the first level (semi-basement) there are 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace, where there are 1 single bed and a sofa bed. From this level you can go to the yard and the swimming pool and through an interior staircase to the first floor. On the second level there is the main entrance, a kitchen, a big living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a big veranda. From this level you can also go to the yard. On the third level there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and verandas with pergola from where Naousa’s gulf, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos Island can be seen. The villa has its own parking spaces with wooden pergolas for two cars. The total area of the villa is 275m2. You can go to the beach on foot, from a path surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. For unforgettable summer holiday book one of our villas and taste the experience of Paros island! In the surrounding area there are farms with ecological crops from where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits at friendly prices. Naoussa city and the nearby supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive. From the port of Naoussa small boats depart regularly to nearby beaches. The port of Paroikia and the airport are 30 minutes away by car, and there is also a regular bus service. Alternatively, there are plenty of taxis. Archipelagos villas are located in the northern part of Paros, between the beaches Xifara (west) and Santa Maria-Filizi (east), beaches ideal for windsurf and swimming under any weather conditions. The beaches are 300m from the houses and you can easily go on foot in just 7 minutes. The area was characterized Natura 2000 and is in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. Within a short distance there is a diving center, a windsurf club, watersports and yoga classes. Everyone fit perfectly and all the amenities provided made the stay even better. In buona posizione, vicino al mare (anche le spiagge più belle sono in altre zone) e vicino a Naousa. La casa è molto spaziosa (noi eravamo 4 adulti e 5 bambini e 1 bebè), ben tenuta, con tutto il necessario, pulita, molto ventilata e accogliente. La piscina e il relativo barbecue con tavoloni per mangiare, seppur condivisi con le altre ville, sono un vero valore aggiunto. La proprietà è stata, fino dalla richiesta di prenotazione e informazioni, molto disponibile e tempestiva nelle risposte alle nostre molte domande!.. Ogni tre giorni le figlie, che ringraziamo molto (anche per il babysitting!), pulivano casa e cambiavano biancheria. The house is beautiful and equiped with all comforts to make the stay in Paros relaxed and easy. The area is very quite and only 10mins walk from a beautiful and quiet beach. I would recommend a car to get to the centre and buy food. The owner, lives next door and she's always ready to help in case of any need.
