"The home was very nice and clean up kept and updated. Convenient in getting to and from the events for which we visited for. The only thing I would add is more details to when you check-in give the tenants the process of exiting the property. "

"The perfect little modern farmhouse! 10 minutes from Festival International, but felt like a fairytale. We couldn't have asked for more! Amazing secluded spot in a residential neighborhood. The best of a central location while feeling miles away. Host was attentive and kind. "

"This cabin was beautiful, the scenery was excellent. The cabin had everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable! The screened in patio area was wonderful, and the walk way down to the deck had lights that switched on when you were walking at night. That was a plus! The outdoor kitchen was where we spent most of our time, it had everything to keep our family entertained, from a huge tv to plenty of space to let the kids run free. "This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. "

"The pool was dirty, frogs and bugs . Not heated. The gazebo had boards lose, my 8 yr old kept tripping on the broken steps, their was no trampoline , the way get to the pool house from the driveway makes it difficult to get your luggage through. The air conditioning didn’t work . The owner tried to fix it but it still was so hot we could not sleep. It stopped working again. Their was so hot water for shower . We would not recommend this as a place to stay ."
