Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forrest City by IHG

8/10 Good

"We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed safe over night, and the Popeyes nearby is convenient. I personally always wish hotels had larger trashcans (for those of us traveling with family, especially diapered infants). Just a thought. Overall, still a good choice 👌"

"Clean room, comfortable beds. Brent was our checkin host and he was an amazing customer service person thoroughly explaining where everything was in hotel and hours available. Usual good hot breakfast included. Several great restaurants within walking distance--basically across the parking lot."
