ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

Your newly remodeled vacation rental features open-concept living that’s great for families.

Relax in the living room on the sleeper sofa and armchairs and catch your favorite shows on the 47” wall-mounted flat screen TV. Or simply kick back and enjoy the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace with a stone hearth. A half bath is located just off the main living space.

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sleek wood cabinetry is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you’ll need to prepare meals.

When it’s time to eat, gather in the dining area where a marble-top table seats up to seven. Then step outside to your private patio.

Two spacious bedrooms each offer generous closet space. The queen-size master bedroom boasts its own private balcony, 30” flat screen TV, and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent condo

We just spent four nights in wildflower and it couldn’t have been better. The unit was very clean and very comfortable for all of us. Location was ideal! And the private garage was also a huge plus. Only issue I had is that the showers do not have doors so water gets all over the bathroom when bathing Also the unit can use more pots, pans, and baking sheets. But other that that, it was perfect

Deer valley

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The two bedrooms were both master in size, with on suite bathrooms. The downstairs was nice with a powder room, a nice kitchen, and small family room with a fireplace. The attached one car garage was large, and the condo was a short walk to the bus stop, maybe 30 yards.There is no hot tub or bath tub, and the upstairs carpet is getting tired, but overall we would stay here again without hesitation.

Decent stay.

All and all this was a clean place and a great location. But other than that, the house was lacking basic supplies like coffee and basic kitchen supplies. It’s much smaller than the pictures online and it was very difficult to communicate about our checkin, etc.

This is a great place for friends or two couples. Convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. Well furnished and easy access. Nice to have a garage and fireplace!

Needs repairs but great place!

We liked the place overall but upon arrival we noticed that the main window to the front of the house was cracked, the sliding door was completely blocked by solid snow, the upstairs window was cracked open and couldn’t be closed and the sliding door window curtain upstairs was broken. Also, the electrical sockets by the sinks quit working halfway through the week. If these repairs were made then it’d be an awesome place. Great location, spacious and nicely decorated. Easy to catch the bus and get to Deer Valley.

Great location

The property was very convenient and attractively decorated. The free shuttle bus easily and quickly took us to town and to the mountain. The only things I would change are the showers are the type with a half wall of glass which means the floor get soaked no matter what you do. Also as a chef I would have appreciated more kids for pans, better knives and a few other kitchen items. Overall though a very nice stay.

USE CAUTION if VACASA property management is involved

the unit was in good order until the snow on the 2nd floor deck started melting causing leaks. The bedroom carpet was soaking wet, water was running down the sliding glass door on the first floor and leaked into the kitchen ceiling causing the paint/ceiling to blister. The local VACASA property management declined our move out of the unit however VRBO stepped in and made things right. VACASA corporate eventually acquiesced and we found new lodging for the remainder of our stay.

Great Spot for Skiing at Deer Valley

We came for a few days of Skiing at Deer Valley. The location was perfect, place was clean and communication was excellent. Only comment would be it would have been easier to have a code to get in and out of the garage door instead of the front door as it is more accessible. We only used the front door to get in the first time and to return the garage door opener when we closed up.

Great stay at the property. It was neat and clean.

We had good experience at the property. It was neat and updated and nicely staged. Proximity to Deer Valley Resort is great. One complaint we had was that kitchen and pantry was not stocked with anything basic like seasoning, oil, etc., and the pans were super old and scratched. It had plenty of paper towels and dishes, dishwashing liquid.

Great Location!

Overall, we loved our stay. The condo was a few minutes walk to the city shuttle and another short ride to either Main St. or Deer Valley Resort, which was incredibly convenient. The property was as advertised, which we truly appreciated. We only had a couple concerns: 1. When you put the listed address into Google Maps, it takes you to a slightly different location. We arrived after dark and it took 3 adults to attempt to find the actual property. 2. Sort of hand-in-hand with the above, while there are many benefits to using a management company to manage rentals, when guests have trouble finding the location and have to call an 888 number to speak with someone - the problem is that someone isn't in the same city or state and has no clue where you're actually at because the local office is closed after hours. That was also a little frustrating. There should be a local after hours number guests can call for help in the actual town they are staying. But other than those slight hiccups, we had a lovely stay and would happily stay again!

Super townhouse in DV with garage

Went up to Deer Valley for quick ski getaway and stayed at this quiet and comfy townhouse. The townhouse was one minute from the parking lot at Deer Valley. We loved having the gas fireplace, the private one car garage and Direct TV. Awesome place!

Lots of space, nice layout, short drive to Deer Valley

We had a really pleasant stay here. The living space was really pleasant, with the kitchen, dining room and living room open and connected. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas fireplace was nice. The bedrooms were spacious and it was great that they both had their own bathrooms and walk-in closet. We drove the short distance to Deer Valley for skiing (and there was plenty of parking, even on a Saturday) but it looked like it would have been easy enough to take a shuttle from the front of the flat.

Great family trip

The condo was perfect for our family ski trip. The location was very convenient for easy access to Deer Valley and only a short drive to Park City and Main St. The condo was well equipped and the garage parking was very nice to have on the colder / snow days. The property looks exactly like the photos and everything worked as advertised. The check in process was very easy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Great location

The location of this place is awesome and even better when we found out there is a free shuttle that goes around and get you to the base of the mountain and Main Street as well. The house itself is comfortable and have all needed for your skiing trip (including a sled for the little one). Only issue we had, one of the showers wasn’t draining properly, I didn’t contact the manager because we were just 3 people (my husband, 9 years-old girl and myself) and we had no problem sharing the other shower. Overall it was great! I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo in great location

We were so impressed . Flawless renovation in a fantastic location. The interior design was beautiful. Lock up garage is a bonus. Shuttle stop outside the complex. Great restaurant on the next block. We loved this condo and would rent it again in a heartbeat! Hope we can return again.

Perfect Location

My buddies and I stayed here for a week of mountain biking. It was located very close to the Deer Valley Mountain Bike Resort. It was very clean and nice. There was a garage to park in also. I would definitely stay there again.
